In regards to my experiences, in Binghamton, where I was forced to live, and endured a pervasive operation, that affected me daily, using common people I would naturally come to face, in cafes and shops, but many others enrolled. Housing was a nightmare, as has been since leaving Binghamton.Binghamton was all about getting me to view black children as threatening stimuli, repeatedly used as props in harassment based on degrading themes of child sexual abuse.

I should state I have too many blogs. I began blogging using my own name in middle 2010, though I use the internet in libraries and internet cafes with invaded privacy and disturbing repeated noises, that are arranged due to the facilities becoming controlled black budget cite, as those doing this, have the power to create such. You can use the libraries unobstructed, but, I, John Joseph Kehoe, cannot. Library rules and regulations do not apply, and police will not help. I have no iPhone or similar, so skies the limits in hell.

And here are people who are not responsible for their actions. Many questions should be on people’s minds, as to how this was done, and still, using dozens of strangers daily, who are indebted , as it seems, to follow an accord that makes me a victim of harassment, violence and crime daily.
- 2013, They used a man in NYC and police directed to behave in certain ways, to make me think a man stating he was connected to a criminal underground, could hook me up with what I needed to get back at my family, always saying that his way was better than courts. Effort was done to always try to get me to meet up with him, with a innocent woman brought into this. I believe they used police to destroy my watch as punishment for avoiding that conspiracy (the association). This man was trying to get me to smoke marijuana. His marijuana use was done to trick me into thinking that he has connections and is respected by police, as the staged setting of police approaching and being friendly, just after he had smoked, and the odor still in the air. After the police left, on this one occasion, he stated something to the affect “See that, they know and respect me, and say nothing about the pot I just smoked. This is to state manipulations and using people in my presence, to manipulate my thinking, is done.
According to Colin A. Ross, MD “There is abundant evidence in the public domain that non-lethal weapons research is ongoing and funded annually in the tens of millions of dollars or more. Given the fact that chemical and biological weapons, mind control drugs and radiation have been tested on unwitting civilian populations, it is possible that non-lethal weapons have been tested on unwitting civilians.” (Colin A. (9/25/13) I blog in the presence of an invaded space, since 2006. I ride public transportation with half the times, of invaded space. Harassment during the duration of my internet activity, will undermine my intents, provoke me to blog endlessly while forfeiting more meaningful uses derived from communications, my long held interests. This makes me look unstable.
It really does no justice to what is being done, to communities, people, and myself, with the overabundance of blogs that I have. Duplicate pages of all here, or duplicate topics, are found on other blogs.
Also, my Blogs are continuously tampered with. This is to make me look unstable.
As one reads, it is difficult to begin to imagine the controlled environments (housing, family, businesses, libraries-internet). It is out of the realm of convention. That is the power of these weapons systems.
Do you have a laptop? Have you ever been denied uploads of photos to the internet? I have been censored for years. Least, living with continued threat of theft and access to locked spaces by those who are operating emerging weapons technologies, I have had continual theft of cell phones with cameras, and disruption in places I use the internet. In 2005 and 2006 I lost my laptop ($2000) and 3 cameras (total $1400), due to theft to censor me, so that this larger human rights violation could be committed. Since the one day I was able to upload from my phone, recent photos, I have had 100% difficulty uploading more. I am not free, and America is not a free nation. It is a criminal state. If you work for the criminal state, like those who have committed all of the episodes of grand theft from 2005 to July 2013, you will not have a problem with the law. That equates with a criminal State. Undavia committed fraud, and more, and has nothing to fear, for he did not do this on his own, he worked for the criminal state, Black Budget funded operations of the Pentagon/Department of Defense/US Intelligence/ Emerging Weapons Developers.
ISOLATION SINCE 2005
YEARS INABILITY TO UPLOAD PHOTOS TO INTERNET
I am isolated now since 2005. That means the few friends I communicate with e-mail with, I have not seen since long ago. Those I have seen, have been indispensable to this, they have kept me isolated, and have undoubtedly spread false information about me to people that were part of our social group and their families.
- Up to August 2013, I have had no uploaded photos ever on the internet, save for one poorly presented photo for my facebook. It was a quality photo, made poor somehow.
- That photo BELOW was sent to my niece, a grown adult now, then she tagged it and sent it to my facebook. It had a large red boarder, and is quite poor in quality.

In Matt’s care, my RBC account lost 140,000 in fraud forced (unneeded) criminal institutions, embezzlement, fraud set up housing for the source of this crime to conduct Human Rights Violations. That happened from 2006 to 2010. All while obstructed from interactions with trustees, and total lack of seeing transactions to Jim and Mike on paper.
By 2006, my trust with Legg Mason watched over by Bill William K. Kehoe, Utica, and Matthew Kehoe RBC Wealth Management, transferred to RBC with Matt’s job changed, became the source to be used to house me at poverty level, while law enforcement worked for this operation, and I lost through grand theft, research material, 100s of xerox articles from SOAS Library journals and books, my own books and compact discs (totals well over $5000 March 2008).
I have no more inheritance, no more book collection, no family, no compact discs, and the same standardized threats from the general public, law enforcement, etc, that I had in Binghamton.
I had 3 cameras worth 1400 dollars, stolen by 2006. I have since had phone with photos of 800 dollars of clothing destroyed by cutting and ripping stolen. In this day of Information digital age, I have one phone on line, facebook. That is from June 2010, sent to someone by my phone, who tagged it and sent it to my facebook. The destroyed clothing photos sent to people, never got a response.The crime against me use classified military technology to commit serial grand theft since 2005 to Present. They use this technology to conduct using people they hire, extreme noise harassment / torture in housing (11 Arthur Street Binghamton NY from August 2007 to June 2010). All paid rentals from 2006 to present are corrupted by this operation, fully affecting me adversely daily. WHAT THIS IS ABOUT:
In 1977 (5th Grade), on the suggestion of a Psychiatrist in Dewitt, NY, I attended what he stated was a doctor he knew, doing a brain research study at Syracuse Upstate Medical Center. It was a full day of EEG monitoring, in sleep. I had to stay awake straight for 24 hours, so they said initially. The results were normal.
I was adopted through Catholic Charities in 1965.
The CIA by 1965 was already funding workers and professionals in facilities for orphan children, testing drugs on them in orphanages. They were well into violations due to working with hospitals, using patients etc. Records of births and patients, records of new born babies up for adoptions were accessible I am sure. Records of parents adopting also.

My mother died in November 1997, I resided in Taiwan. In 1999 Protracted Sleep Disturbances began (police stopped it). My father passed away in 2002, February. I was living In London, with sleep disturbances, remedied by eventually moving after 4 to 5 months of it.
In 2003, eager to work, and return to China, I take a job in teaching at a university in Hunan. I am disturbed by illegitimate tenants on campus, urged not to go to police, and told the school will remove these tenants but it will take time. The school never removed the tenants.

Technology
This is about US classified Technologies in the simplest of terms, using them to commit serial grand theft since May 2005. They have affected my life on 4 continents using this technology, while also using US agents or local agents to interfer with me, hire and direct others. More complex situations and crimes as well as human rights violations have been done to me, using these systems.
Several important reports have been produced by qualified organizations on what Morton Sklar (legal specialist and lawyer) referred to in 1998 report by World Organization Against Torture. In the report entitled Torture in the United States, references are made to “ newly emerging areas of technology and weapons development“. The report states in the reports Required Action statement: “Additional steps should be taken to assure full disclosure and proper compensation for past involuntary scientific experimentation. Secret testing of technology and weapons on humans, especially without their fully informed knowledge and consent, should not be permitted, and adequate methods for assuring that such practices not take place should be developed.”

These emerging technologies are further defined in Dennis Kucinich 2001 bill, to the 107th Congress (2001-2002). That Bill is called H.R.2977.IH Space Preservation Act. It never passed and came up against strong Pentagon protest. Dennis Kucinich wrote a bill about these Pentagon Operations. I am living the WILL of others, 100%. My entire life was for this experiment. The adoption in June and July of 1965, through Catholic Charities, was part of this. My mother told me we were adopted against the rules and regulations of Catholic Charities. There was no process. Just ‘take them today or leave them. They had requested one more baby, but not until Kehoe Furniture was more established. They had not the budget for one more, let alone two. The had a call from Catholic Charities, simply stating,”‘we would like to see you saturday”. No mention of newborns. They drove to Utica, and were presented with the twins, my brother and I. “take them today or leave them” – Catholic Charities July 1965.
Further study of this topic came in 2006, in which professor Peter Philips and his colleagues from Sonoma University state in their investigation and report “The US military and intelligence agencies have at their disposal frightful new weapons, weapons that have likely already been covertly used and/or tested on humans, both here and abroad“- (Sonoma University Report 2006 US Electromagnetic Weapons and Human Rights).
Dr. Steve Wright, of the Omega Foundation Report concerning this technology makes reference to an a Report by the EU stating “Such electronic neuro-influence weapons would be in breach of the recent EU resolution regarding technologies which interact directly with the human nervous system. It was the findings of Dr. Nick Begich and his visits to the EU, that resulted in the inclusion of the above resolution. Dr. Nick Begich findings are related to the public in several books written by him. He has studied and researched US Military Reports and has found documented evidence of large investments that include private companies such as Raytheon. Reported in Angles Don’t Play this HAARP, and from Nick Begich’s reading of USAF 1982 Final Report On Biotechnology Research Requirements For Aeronautical Systems Through the Year 2000, as well as Radiofrequency Radiation Dosimetry Handbook, he states (pgs. 165-166) that ”What this seemed to say [in reference to a quote from Handbook] was that the objective of the research would be towards mind manipulation at a distance, where the military could alter what people thought and, at the same time know what they thought. The Victim:
My life and the life of others, to some degree, are affected in very significant ways due to this. Part of this is to control others to do harm to me (invade privacy; annoy; set ups for crimes; conspiracies have resulted in inducing trauma; serial grand theft over years; fraud housing paid for by me, forced upon me by family working in with this; police brutality; false arrest; unprovoked physical violence; slander of degrading sexual themes in controlled settings for psychological harassment towards inducing violence to woman and children of color.

These systems were able to be used, and were the basis of sleep disturbances in London UK, during my Masters program at SOAS.
Those sending the person next door the cues for noise to wake me know if I am wide awake reading, or going to sleep, due to this technology.
October 2001, my first housemate (Female, Kings College Graduate, from Shenzhen, China) next to my room, was woken nightly all night long, by unknown individuals pounding to wake her repeatedly on the wall her room shared with the hallway and staircase. She moved to take a room that does not share the wall with the hall.
The person who filled her spot by answering the ad, began in Nov. 2001, to wake me repeatedly seconds after I fell to sleep, until 6 or 7 am. The resident below his room, was disturbed fully also. I moved when a room became available in U of London’s Landale House, where this took place, located on Lower Road, Canada Waters.
The conclusion is that it was determined that I would undergo sleep deprivation for some time, in London 2001-2002. Pete, the neighboring housemate on the other side of my room, was not the kind of person that would agree to doing what was done. How they were to do this, was to first use harassment to remove my first housemate with the wall shared with the hall. Then have their chosen recruit to answer the ad that was used to fill the her spot.
All was resolved by moving, until 2003 Sept, when I took a job for 3 semesters, as an English Teacher, in Hunan China. These systems violate to extreme. Loosing 5 Friends: Uncontrolled Anger due to Protracted Sleep Disturbances.
2001/2002 London
Results furthered goal of isolation:
These incidences of protracted sleep disturbances acted to activate anxiety disorder related states, that affected work and my social life mildly. In London, it caused my emotions to be out of check, thus writing in April 2002, a blistering e-mail criticism that raged at Israel’s and Arial Sharon’s bulldozing Palestinian homes. I lost 5 friends in the United States due to that e-mail sent to multiple people. This eliminated friends, and by 2006, stolen e-mail accounts and contacts, did the trick further to isolate me.
That was every time I fell into sleep, seconds after, noise would begin. This was identical to the method that the woman in Taiwan used. Obvious to me, now the cues determined on my sleep habits and wake time, the neighbor was not aware of, nor had ways to know, but simply received a message to “make the noise” and “stop”. Cell phones in all this are vital tools.
2003-2004
My Last Job
My last job from September 2003 to December 2004, included housing with neighbors who were illegitimate Chinese tenants, on a Chinese campus, working for Americans to harass me for an entire three semesters.
I graduate from MA study in 2003, after sitting a final exam, June. At that time I am living in New York City, since January 2003, with no sleep disturbances. I reside in NYC by renting from a close friend in Brooklyn.
By July, eager to work, and return to China, I take a job in teaching at a university in Hunan. I am disturbed by illegitimate tenants on campus, urged not to go to police, and told the school will remove these tenants but it will take time. The school never removed the tenants. I am severely affected by harassment the full duration of my teaching at the school.
A Chinese co-worker working for this. The local English Dept. teacher, who was the go between for the foreign affairs office and the three foreign teachers, compromising trust during a reimbursement for airline ticket purchase. This obviously was for me to discover. This put me at the time in a spell of distrust, and further supported some resolved at the time, to see all these difficulties and being upset with China.
2005
I decide to strengthen my language skill with advanced study in Sun Yet Shan University, Guangzhou, full time study. This was partly due to the extreme state of my experience, well known and understood by people who knew me in 2004, in China.
In Guangzhou, by summer 2005, I had moved from the ideal location I was to make my home in Guangzhou, an area that would have afforded me a more independent life from the expatriate community, as I was attempting to develop ideas for a PhD at Sheffield University in the UK. That University was courting me since 2003. Besides, I had no problem making like minded local Chinese friends, due to my language skills and maturity in living abroad.
I arrive to Guangzhou, from processing my student visa in Hong Kong, Late February 2005. I am able to get an apartment in a familiar area I would visit to during my teaching in Hunan, near the Provincial Government Headquarters, in the nicest area of town. After one month of classes, neighbors below my apartment begin waking me repeatedly nightly. I return home from campus and 4 hours of classes tired and unable to implement study. I decide to move. I am forced to take an apartment near campus, at Twin Star Apartments, my least favored place. I had used 3 different agents in my search, and all led me to unsuitable housing. After the move, things change and I have a series of thefts.
Conspiracies ensue by my return from Vietnam late August 2005, as all is being done around the expiration date (August 25th, 2006) of my US Passport, and the 6 months validity I legally had with my student visa ending on February 15th, as opposed to the tampered date of 28th.
In Hunan, at Shaoyang University , where I taught I lost due to all the complications there, many important books that had all been purchased concerning my research interests beyond my MA dissertation.
In Guangzhou, by summer 2005:
- I had moved from the ideal location I was to make my home in Guangzhou, an area that would have afforded me a more independent life from the expatriate community, as I was attempting to develop ideas for a PhD at Sheffield University in the UK. That University was courting me since 2003.
- I had two incidences of being drugged and having significant theft. The first included my Nikon Digital Camera.
I spent the first 10 percent of what my father left me in this year 2005, studying in after leaving the university first in Hong Kong processing my visa, and a trip to Thailand, then study in Guangzhou. I lose my career, books, clothing, valuables, music collection and friendships.(expanded statement footnote 4. )

Part of this is to control others to do harm to me (invade privacy; annoy; set ups for crimes; conspiracies have resulted in inducing trauma; serial grand theft over years; fraud housing paid for by me, forced upon me by family working in with this; police brutality; false arrest; unprovoked physical violence; slander of degrading sexual themes in controlled settings for psychological harassment towards inducing violence to woman and children of color.
I am tortured most days on the whims of those in front of the software controls that apply applications of this to cause tissue sensation, movement, stimulation, etc. I have no password protection that is not unprotected due to the technological capabilities of these weapons systems.
International Violation:
Using Chinese Nationals in China,and using Gambian Nationals in Gambia, and more. Possibly affecting all involved, on 4 continents with varying applications of these systems (footnote 1.).
From minors and children to Hasidic Jewish individuals, a Catholic Priest, friends I have known for years, and my own family and twin, to teachers, and librarians and health professionals, have been ordered for stalking, harassing, staged situations that are grotesque invasions to my privacy, etc. Crime from simple petty to felony done, and involving many differing people. Money and favors are sure to be taking place. Also this sentence below may be worth considering, when looking at this:
