The Binghamton Police have been directly involved in what is described here. Not only have they ignored many calls about felony trespassing into my rented space, but they denied continually during 2009 and some of 2010 that disturbances of a very excessive nature, that were repeatedly heard by me and made my home life a living nighmare, was anything other than routine daily normal activity. My encounters with them took place as I was literally confined to Binghamton, NY and confined to rented space against my will, by an abusive arrangement referred to elsewhere on this blog. I have been ambushed by them (see below: MAY 28. 2010), while living at 260 Washington Ave, Binghamton, police came, and one put my hands together into the air and cut my right hand with an object that I could not see, after which they stated I hd to go the the psychiatric ward because the cut was a self inflicted wound (April 13 or 14 2007).
January 1st, 2007:
I was living at 260 Washington Street, Binghamton, NY, as ordered by my family, with little belongs, and surrounded by apartments with neighbors harassing me in the fashion that reappeared at 11 Arthur Street. (knocks, bangs, often repeated, strangers knocking on my door, directed talk outside my door for any number of intents, mostly invade privacy and harass, felony trespassing with petty theft). On New Years Eve I was standing on the sidewalk about to have a cigarette, when an officer came across the street, and told me, and a group on males some distance from me, to come into the police van. I cooperated, but having just arrived to the street, was not in tune to what was going on. According to reports, the group of males were told to disband, before I arrived, for they were loud. In court I learned that I, the innocent person who just arrived to the side walk, was accused of mouthing off to the police after they had asked the group to disband, when I was not even there. My lawyer told me to just let it go and pay the fine . The court date was 8 months to the time of this false arrest, thus keeping me from moving, thus making little room to get out of the horrible embezzling arrangement with my older brother, Mike Kehoe.
Just one in a series of police misconduct and dubious dealings I had with them in Binghamton, NY.
MAY 28, 2010, I VISITED THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, AND GOT A COMPLAINT FORM, SPOKE OF POSSIBLE FRAUDULENT LEASES, AS WELL AS OTHER PAPERS WITH QUESTIONS. THOSE ITEMS WERE TAKEN AFTER BEING PUT INTO UNCONSCIOUSNESS THROUGH FORCED DRUGGING WITH A NEEDLE FROM A PARAMEDIC. WITH NO WAY TO RESPOND TO THE TWO LARGE POLICEMEN WHO SURPRISED ME BY GRABBED ME, AND DRAGGING ME TOWARDS THE VEHICLES AFTER THEY WAITED FOR ME TO APPROACH THE CORNER WHERE THEY, PARAMEDICS, AMBULANCE, POLICE CAR WAITED FOR ME.
■WITHIN SECONDS OF VIOLENTLY GRABBED ME, PARAMEDICS JABBED NEEDLES INTO MY ARM, DRUGGING ME, AND OUT COLD.
■I WOKE UP SOME 12 HOURS LATER IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM, DRUGGED UP WITH WHAT THEY SHOT INTO MY ARM SO MUCH, BUT ALLOWED TO LEAVE. NOTICED MY LOCKED BACKPACK WAS ENTERED, AND LATER, CONFIRMED STOLEN LEASES AND OTHER PAPERS FROM TWO LANDLORD OFFICES, FOR THE SAME LOCATION
■I LOST WHAT I HAD SPOKEN TO ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE ABOUT. FRAUDULENT LEASES OR ONES OUT OF STEP WITH LAWS AND RULES STIPULATED BY ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND ONE NOT LEGALLY ENDORSED NOTICE THAT STATED MY BELONGINGS WOULD BE THROWN TO THE CURB IN 3 DAYS BECAUSE RENT PAYMENT WAS LATE. RENT WAS PAID BY ANOTHER PERSON IN MY FAMILY. IN JAN. ’10, OFFICE OF COOLIDGE PROPERTY HANDLING 11 ARTHUR STREET, BINGHAMTON, NY CHANGED TO JOHNSON CITY. THE MANAGERS STATED THAT ALL PAPERWORK WAS NOT MOVED, AND RECORDS WERE DELETED, SO ALL RECORDS AND COPIES OF LEASES ARE NOT IN THERE POSSESSION .
Below concerns 11 ARTHUR STREET, APT. 9, BINGHAMTON, NY, owned by Coolidge West Side. Police were called coutless times by myself after trespassing using keys, chronic noise and harassent from nieghbors. The police told me I have to do a better job of locking my door, never ivestigating the fact that nieghbors must have knwledge of my apartment being entered weekly in my absence. Consecutive loc chnage di nothing meaning managemnt of the property and or workers employed there were complicit and had knwledge of this criminal act that was ongoing.
- Pounding all night long between the hours of 9pm and 3pm. Every 2 to 5 minutes, someone would walk in circles above, and pound with heavy steps. This was nightly, and the individual would make creaking and thumping noise, generally throughout the day.
- Surveillance of some sort was used by the individual, indicated by the individual directing acts of noise depending on my place and activity.
- Humping sounds were unusually loud when I would dress, undress, look for clean underwear that would be hidden during entries in my not being home.
- The individual was of a large stature. Indication of this is from his non-verbal vocals, and the amount of stress he could exert with just one foot pounding on the floor.
- He never left, and was always home when I was. He may have existed his apartment during my absence from mine. He sat in the same spot all day and night. The chair was made to creak, he would tap and pound his feet while sitting, just one such act that was to make me know that he was always there, watching, doing , disturbing.
- Everytime I called the landlord in the months of October, I would get an answering service, everytime, stating that they were all in a meeting.
- The property during this time went through a change of owners. By the time the new owner was established, and I gained communications with the office, the person above had vacated. There was a cessation of what I state above.
At ABOVE address, over a matter of months, taken from my apartment, in 2007-2008, items, resources, and personal things of no monetary value, total over $3000.
- Includes detailed erasure of text from discs: political paper/1 of 2 feminism/china paper/letters and creative prose.
- Letter from friends, things of no monetary value, photos, notes from class. Books, cds , clothing calculate value of between 3000- 4000usd.
- As of yesterday, June 15, 2009, I have noticed a lease for apartment at 260 Washington St., where I resided between Dec. 2007 and Mid April 2008, has been removed.
- First week of residency August 21-, 07, a significant amount of clothing was taken. By Spring of 08, noticed that in the mist of incredible noise from above, and directed acts daily, in sync with my coming and going, or waking up, that was endless due to tenants, strangers, and workers, books and cds as well as other things just gone.
- April of 08, two shirts, freshly hand washed, hung with backs facing out, were cut, with large wholes in the back.
- The above vandalism follows the pattern of stolen clothing since 06.
- Paper, resources from school and, work, photos of myself and family friends, and others, and many items of significance only to me (bank statements, journal/class notes, contact info.) were taken ongoing for months, during disturbances from above tenant daily and nightly.
NOISE FROM APT. 21 ABOVE 2009
Since 02/09: There have been very violent disturbances that consisted of extreme noise, lasting hours. I have in writing documented this from the months of March, and April.
- Tenants above have pounded and slammed heavy objects over my position of sleep in past months.
- I identified this in writing and they changed to more generalized noise, got a dog, and basically fortified themselves with excuses, if I ever in future attempt to find mediator, or police help.
- There is intimidation through the very real interaction, which is the presence of me in my apartment, and the attentive attention that is paid to disturbing me by the tenants above. The indication of this is that I would wake to repetitive creaking or bouncing on the floor boards in single areas, and then when I got up in an annoyed or agitated state, the individuals would run to the far back room and go to the squeaking bed, and be silent. This would be repeated several times, over mornings, as well as slamming of heavy objects once over the position of deep sleep, then walk to a chair and sit.
- After sleep disturbances that startled me to standing position or full awake, individual(s) would either vacated the front room, or just stay in the front room, and make more generalized noise, talk, as if they were just spending time.
Noise:
- dropping of heavy to small objects
- slamming of heavy objects
- banging, aggressive moving of furniture
- Creaking from chair, extended
- extended periods of creaking in single areas
- Light to heavy pacing for long periods.
Concerning the tenants living above
The tenants seem always at home, and I am ever aware of their movements, and place in the apartment above. This is unavoidable. This is due to heavy walking, movement that is unusual for 2 people staying home. Activity that has been very disruptive, due to the extreme noise from the ceiling. Movement and noise has lasted for hours.
At the time of writing this, I still am disturbed by unusual noises from the tenants above. Yesterday morning, extended creaking, and heavy steps, unusual.
The building residents, to what extent I do not know, but some are informed of actions aimed at me. Since moving in I have experienced countless daily disturbances, in differing forms, from, some tenants, some workers connected to property.
I have in print letters that represent my continued trecks to the library after little sleep, during 2009, 02-07, in attempts to write letters to tenants and landlord office. Below are several :

I live in the apartment below yours, and there seems a problem with the floor in your apartment, which is my ceiling.
Music, television, and talk are muffled if heard at all, and are rarely a problem, but last evening I was woken more than several times, because of heavy creaking for extended periods of time, between 3:30 am and a bit beyond 4:30 am.
For the last several months, excessive noise, heard here below you in my apartment, have at times, been all day and evening, thus creating an environment that is intolerable, for hours, and in months past, for days. The disturbing noises are from extended activity, unavoidably heard from here, and become excessive.
I will tell you what the noise is, and you can take note.
Such noises include dropping of heavy to small objects, slamming of heavy objects, banging, extended periods of creaking in single areas; as well as light to heavy pacing for long periods. Sometime such noise has been over the position were I sleep or sit.
At times there is no disturbing noise. Just keep in mind that the ceiling is low, and heavy footsteps and what I state above are heard below, as if I were living below a gymnasium.

For the last several months, excessive noise created by activity, moving about with excessive stress on the floor, are heard here below you in my apartment, and have at times, been all day and evening, thus creating an environment that is intolerable, for hours, and often, for days. The disturbing noises are from extended activity, unavoidably heard from here. If once in a while, there would no problem.
Music, television, talk are usually muffled, if heard at all, and are rarely a problem.
The noises are extended for periods of time, and heard here as excessive. They include dropping of heavy to small objects, slamming of heavy objects, banging, extended periods of creaking in single areas; as well as light to heavy pacing for long periods. Sometime such noise has been over the position were I sleep or sit.
Noises, in past, have been all day and evening, and ceasing in hours past 12am or 1am, but on the 6th and 9th of this month, I was woken by some of the stated disturbances above during the early morning, around 3:30am. These disturbances lasted until I left my apartment in late morning before 12 noon.
Just keep in mind that the ceiling is low, and heavy footsteps and what I state above are heard below.
