This was after my trip to Gambia and the interference to use photos directed to be taken of me, after a women gave me romantic advances to lure me to the beach, so I could be photoed with her young 13 or 14 year old brother on the beach coming from water.

A word about invasive electromagnetic or other based emerging technologies, and their ability aimed at sexual stimulation.

Since 2008 May I have had intrusions to my flesh, that when occurred I had already been through so much. I began to get them, as I was in what ended up being a 4 month association with a Korean national who lived directly above me, and moved out by June 2008. The association was basically weekend bar hopping, and visiting restaurants during the week. I did not find literature until 2009 that confirmed the USAF has this capability.

These follow to some extent what has been reported in a report by Sonoma University Report, in 2006. The report states that “Feeling sensations of burning, itching, tickling, or pressure with no apparent physical cause.” are one in a list of the “…discrete phenomena…” that have become patterns that victims encounter. The repertoire was determined as to my states and activities (and still are). This includes resting, food preparations, as well as sensations done to cause severe annoyances during times in public, and even as directed contrived harassing situations have been done. During food preparations, and other times, I would get needle like stings in the same places on the base of the heal, in 2009, and there were calluses in these five or so areas under the skin, where these attacks would happen. The stings were to disrupt me when using a knife so I might cut my finger.

I was denied presneting this to the emergency room doctor in 2009, for the visit was sabotaged before I arrived, Lourdes Hospital, Binghamton. They gave me a slip of paper, that stated I had neuropathy.

I still get attacked though in differing ways.

At the time I told no one about this.

I quickly became part of my experiences issued from the source of this daily.

There is, however, little in the public domain that conclusively states the existence of direct human manipulation by governments, militaries or private companies/researchers in the current day, MKULTRA and other historic programs notwithstanding.

However, there are many organizations that seek to help these people including concerned scientists, Russian Duma members and EU parliamentarians, psychologists and academics. A list of organizations follows in Appendix A.

SEXUAL ELECTRO-STIMULATION AND WRITING ABOUT IT:

Since I began writing about the sexual aspect of this, Carole Smith’s seminal article on this kind of torture was taken down from the University of West England’s psychosocial journal. on line, due to website construction, and url change.

I have yet to see it re-published. That is unfortunate.

I began writing about the sexual aspect of this late 2012. The sensations that are so powerful, but unlike the others, they are sexually based, and hit regions in foot, legs and calves, as well as stomach. There is an entire catalogue based on the physiology of the human nervous system (and erogenous system). Based on this, are varying degrees, pulsations, light to heavy things done from the exterior of the skin all the way to the depth deep within the flesh. This is usually done when the victim, from my experience, is alone in the privacy of sleeping quarters, to try to manipulate the victim to masterbate. It is sexual harassment, of assault. It is real, and it has never affected me in any intimate association with a woman, since it began in 2008. It is part of the private torture, and it has been done in conjunction with other cues or hints or repeated acts that are done by gay men, or to bring my thoughts to gay associations.

There is no question that they have tried to indicate that they can augment sexual feelings during sex, thus, a truly bionic sexually (dictionary.com: (in science fiction) having certain physiological functions augmented or replaced by electronic equipment: the bionic man ).

This is done through the same means as using pulsations up and down the legs or deep within the calves that are aimed at annoying the victim, or stressing them out.

GAY MEN HIRED TO VIOLATE

The premise here is to have total control of my life and those in it, as well as using places I visit or am customer, be used for harassment or some minor sort. That is so, even the shop people or restaurant folk are excluded from being in association with. This is to preclude any independent association, as happened with people I knew and was regularly spending time with in NYC 2012. There was an unspoken reality that I and those in my social circle knew of.

Sex falls into this equation,in that any potentially long term relationship with woman, was directly or indirectly interfered with, with intent, from 2005 onward. Situations involving gay males, working for this directly, has occurred since 2003.

Sexual trauma is aimed at.

EXAMPLE

In 2003, I was interfered with when a craiglist posting for practice with Chinese language was answered by a Taiwanese lesbian. Her and her girlfriend grad studnets at New School, invited me to the movies with a gay male Taiwan grad student in NYC. Before entering the theater, they told me they would sit separately, and we all meet up afterwards. I went in and sat alone. Shortly after that a man sits next to me, and after some a minute, puts his hand on my leg. I cringed and the man got up and left. It was dark. I did not suspect the Taiwan gay man immediately, but by end of movies, I was suspicious. I did not mention it, and avoided embarrassing  them. Why would tow Taiwan lesbians conspire with a gay man who never met me before, to see my reaction, in a darkened movie theatre, when a man puts his hand on my leg?  They knew I was heterosexual fully, yet they did this.

This comes with more than 8 years of outside source determining my social associations and isolating me fully.

This means isolating me from associations other than what is controlled by the source of this. That includes women I meet, as well as others i meet, who could become friends, and having this either sabotage, or interrupting the association, or bringing it into the operations use, to take direction in the people’s associations with me.

  • It means that new friends may be approached and told something that seems to come from official sources of investigation or other, thus I never see them again.
  • It could also mean that other people and situations are manipulated that in some way terminates the new found friendship or association.
  • It may mean that the new associations will be useful, exploitable, so they are under directions in their association with me.

This operations has continued to sexually harass me over many years, while also intruding my body with an array of methods to harass and torture my flesh, which includes sexual stimulation.

In 2009, due to interference using Tranquil Bistro, Binghamton, I accepted a ride home from Tony Fiala. He invited me to his house for a few beers. i accepted. He ended up using his heavy body to physcially restrain me on his couch, stating that a man can give me a better orgasm than a woman, and made a demand for a kiss.

October 9th 2011:  Subjected to Live Sex

This incident comes the following morning after police told me to stay put in an area I had been before at night days before, and homeless. It is around a working class and middle class area 128th street, with a nice park and a school. That one night was unusual as I had live sex performed in front of me, with a woman, wearing a white coat to be that much more visible to me. It was a disturbing sight of a woman performing fellatio. I saw police cars several times hourly, before this and after this.

The mandatory program caused me much trauma, with the woman, who came in to lecture on October 9th, 2012, stating that there was a new trend of “men sucking each other because they like it”, the very morning after I was situated on my pile of suitcases and bags and a woman in a white top began sucking off a man. The white top was needed to make it so visible for me. The woman, a respected professional, was obviously directed by an outside accord, the source affecting me, it became clear after the misery of housing immediately after this lecture.

The woman lecturing introducing me to the house that I was subjected to hours of a repeated phrase “suck dick suck dick suck dick” on a high fidelity stereo blasting in the room next to mine, with an open doorway beside my bed, and the guys with the stereo, arms lenght, and the blasting music with the above words repeated, speakers just at the end of his bed.

I have no job, and nothing has changed.

I saw the loss of good intentioned  people as friends due to this activity disrupting me and them, in NYC, one after another.

They exploit all living arrangements in varying ways, continuously from my teaching in Hunan 2004 to my Social Services paid for boarding houses in Oct. Nov. and Dec. 2012.
