Interference in Gambia 2002 and Binghamton

“2006 harassment in Denver, all meant one thing, an assault using race, where children of color, once a benign stimuli, turned into a threatening stimuli, could only mean that this was designed to eventual provoke violence to children, especially black children (mass shooting Broome Library).”

Simply put, my father had past away February 2002, as I was enduring since December or late Novmber, sleep disturbances by the replacement for the housemate that moved out due to people banging on the wall in the hall, the wall her room shared with the hall. The sleep disturbances ended in May or later, when the university housing office was able to move me to another apartment.

In October 2002, I decided to go to West Africa, after finishing my dissertation.

I had an extensive plan to visit Mali and Mauratainia as well as Cape Verde. Due to long distances between destinations I had not considered prior, and a train bridge between Mali and Senegal collapsing, I ended up not really having a plan, and just used a map to meander about, the coastal areas of central Senegal and Gambia.

In Gambia I stayed with one individual in a village in the rural south. This was due to his offering me his services in being my guilde so to speak, and stay at his house, for an unstated amount of money that ended up being shy of $100. That was for the entire week.

It was only towards the very end of my stay that he thought to introduce me to one young lady. This took place at night, in the darkened village with no electricity, two nights before I was to depart.

I met her, as my host, took me to her home, and he departed, while she walked with me, flirting, making romantic advances, playing with my hair, and even kissed my cheek, but stated that she has to return to home. Her request of me was to meet her the next morning, Sunday, and walk to the beach together, where the two of us would be alone, and later that day, others would join us, such as her friends, and her little brother, and my host.

That day when others arrived, I was told to swim with her 12 year old or so brother, while she went off with her friends. I felt obliged, and joined he and his friend in the water, as I went to get out, he and his friend followed suit, and a cousin of my host visiting the village that day, I had just made acquaintance with, picked up my camera and stated “I will take a photo of you”. I was basically on the beach in a foot of water, with the two 12 year old boys on each side of me.

The photo took on a new meaning after 2006, and the horrors of the psychological assault regarding degrading themes , and in isolated cases of insinuations of pedophilia,  over long distances from Colorado to California.

It was undue and forced, the rehabs. All paid for with my trust. Conspriacies included more than 20,000 dollars worth of psych ward visits, that were 100% criminal interference with my life. See other pages for details.

My trustees forced me into rehabs simply as part of this operation, so that I could be in a controlled setting. That controlled setting was used by outside people, to psychologically condition me, to degrading themes of a sexual nature, with inuendos of pedophila.

In June 2007 Jim got me to get my Brooklyn storage unit possessions, inlcuding all my travel photos from 2002 and 2003. They could join me at the criminal set up, of 11 Arthur Street, Apartment 9. I happened upon that apartment after repeated no shows for appointments to look at apartments. The no shows were at least 3 landlords, for other apartments in Binghamton. It is now obvious that this place was a set up destination.

Once in the apartment, I had already endured and still did a consistency of harassment using children as props, daily often. Now the added feature of African grad students, and one on my block who had graduated, as friends at the Belmar.

This photo eventually disappeared, in a lead up to an assault that was designed to embarass me in front of the more than 7 Africans I had made friends with at the Belmar and area SUNY graduate parties.

This goes hand in hand with citizens of color and their children being part of daily stalking and harassment, at Broome County Library, and Giant Supermarket, as well as in the neighborhood, and other places.

The photo of me on the beach with the woman’s younger brother, along with the negative, was to make an association with the harassment in public places with children as props, often black children.

The black theme of harassment began in Denver, when I was sleeping at a hostel (hostel 100% controlled as a black budget operations site May to June 2006). I was sleeping and no one was in the room, but the other guys came in and put a video movie on, but no one was watching it. When I turned it off repeatedly, they would come in and state that this needs to be on, I don’t care if you are sleeping. The movie was an 80 or 90 release about black children in the rural south being raped.

At the same time, black women older than me appeared as guests of the hostel as part of this. References to a 45 year old black woman I dated when I was 27 were given to varying guests of the hostel to state in a very harassing way, and this ensued with all sorts of other themes being played out.

Unprovoked Physical Assault

2007 Housed at 11 Arthur Street, near Main Street, my apartment began being entered in August, photos began being tampered with, and eventually the photo mentioned above disappeared along with the negative, to help this with this association in my mind, I had a brutal physical assault in front of African grad students, I would meet at the bar on the weekend, who on their first night making friends with me invited me to their house party.

Something evidently planned well in advance, and the owner was not present entailed the doorman grabbing me, for no reason, other than the plan, then slam my head against the railing to the door 10 to twenty times, a 130 pound guy minding own business, then throwing me out. No one stirred inside, and I had just bought a round of drinks for two of these friends. I called 911 stated “I have jsut been assaulted..could you please send an officer….I am bleeding”, and the woman on the line told me to “go home”, I hung up and was intruded upon right on Main Street with a woman flashing a crack pipe in my face, as my face was bloody. I made a quick exist home.

The black woman or teen with the crack pipe, and the Africans in the bar, the photo and its negative discovered gone in the daily intrusions to my home since August 2007 shortly after moving in> This coupled with the 2006 harassment in Denver, all meant one thing, an assault using race, where children of color, once a benign stimuli, turned into a threatening stimuli, could only mean that this was designed to eventual provoke violence to children, especially black chilren (mass shooting Broome Library).

Group Imposed Associations for Harassment:

This has also been done in regards to attractive women of color, and others generally, as well as teens, both boys and girls.

EXAMPLE BROOME LIBRARY WITH LIBRARIAN:

With harassing things said by a 8 to 11 year old, I am guessing, with adult an onlooker, the female librairan, in the back seated and looking:  “do you remember me….do you remember me…” in an effort to cause an embarrassed appearance, if I were to eventually respond by looking as opposed to ignoring. The child was seated next to me, and kept repeating this phrases, until it was hoped I look at him.

Would it not be sinister to cause a person who worked with children, who was anti-racists, and liberally minded in terms of sexual orientation, to view these groups as threatening, and over years to a decade or even longer, the person could become broken and induced violence directed at one of the groups above or more may be a possibility?

In Binghamton veiled women were repeatedly used in such, as well as children of this ethnic religious group. This is too harass me and make an association with a trip to Muslim West Africa.
