Below is a statement about two members of NYPD, who intently ripped my watch off my wrist, pushed me to the ground, and one stomped on the watch while the other hit and kicked me to keep me on the ground. I had a cut lip, skin of elbows scraped up, and aches and bruises. They lied on the report about something that was totally made up. I got off with a violation of disorderly conduct.
A good Taiwan friend of mine was into Swiss made watches, and I bought one from his friend who worked for a distributor…..and that is how I came to be an amateur Swiss Watch collector. With no watch for a very long time, I decided to buy one in October 2011.
In September 2012, the watch band not yet a year old, and costing me over 150 us dollars, was ruined in a manner that it was hoped the watch would fall off my arm when out, and not noticed. I was in Albany, and plopped onto the hotel bed, and the band and watch fell off. I looked at the damage. It was torn by the pin area, on one end, and it was torn by the metal latch.
The watch had to be damaged at a Chinese Massage Place, one that I had been a repeat customer, as I considered it a very professional place, fully staffed, and family owned. In September, 2012, the massage woman told me to take my watch off. I knew her from other visits. She had left and come back several times. Obviously someone from the group doing this entered the shop, and gave her instructions to tell me to take it off.
In 2013, April, a police officer, ripped the watch off my wrist and began stomping on it, while his partner, both in plain clothes, kept me on the ground hitting me and kicking me. I had a cut inside lip, and elbows were bloody. I had aches for days.
April 4 and 5 2013:
I was arrested this Friday night.
I was going to get on a train, and as the door opened, three or more plain clothing, sports bar looking, police, tell me to get off. The following happened in seconds, but lasted minutes:
they push me off the very enterance of the train, and throw me on the ground.

The main police man begins to slam his foot with heavy boot as hard as he can repeatedly on thew watch, as the other guy holds me down, and distracts me from this, by hitting and kicking me.
I eventually grab the watch and am able to put it in my pocket, as my arms were free do to the cop simply hitting and kicking me.
They stop, and I get up and state something in protest, and they push mew back down and begin hitting me again, they kick me in the groin.
They stop, and they cuff me, and I state “you kicked me in the groin…..and you tried to ruin my watch by stomping on it…..”
Main Cop “you are drunk no one will believe you…..you are drinking….what is that…..”
John “That is an energy drink…..” as the drink spills from the holder of my bag.
My sapphire crystal is scraped. Sapphire does not get damaged unless it was seriously attempted. The crystal was facing the cement.
I firmly believe that they were told to do this simply to ruin my watch.
I have inside cut lip, and bruises all arms legs and chest and back.
I spent all day sat. and Sunday until 5 pm in jail waiting for arraignment. The lawyer heard the facts, which are totally different from this very long statement by the police officer. I got off on a violation of disorderly conduct.
The Police no doubt criminally interfered with and told exactly my position I would be getting on the train. Police officer, who knows me from a near by subway station where I have been keeping warm and chatting with acquaintances, knows I am homeless, and jobless. This was a set up, to upset my welling confidence in reporting some of this and approaching police, and to slander me as some racist. This follows incidences in Binghamton, where outright total fabrications are drawn up by police, obvious on the total direction of the third party, the criminals.
